EU AI Act Article 50 Compliant

In compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), Article 50 — Transparency obligations, which took effect on August 2, 2026, we provide the following disclosures about AI usage on SuperAI Generator.

1. AI Systems Used

SuperAI Generator provides AI-powered content creation tools. The following features use artificial intelligence:

Script Generator — AI-generated scripts for videos, podcasts, and content
Storyboard Generator — AI-generated visual storyboards
Voice Generator (TTS) — AI-synthesized speech from text
Voice Cloner — AI-generated voice clones from audio samples (coming soon)
Content Generator — AI-written articles, blogs, and content
Content Research — AI-powered research summaries
Caption Generator — AI-generated subtitles and captions
AI Assist — AI-powered writing assistant
AI Detector — AI content detection tool
AI Humanizer — AI text rewriting to sound more human
Video Creator — AI-generated video content (coming soon)

2. AI Disclosure at Point of Interaction

Important: All content generated by our AI tools is artificial intelligence output. Users are informed at the point of interaction that they are using AI systems. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by a human before use.

3. AI-Generated Content Labeling

As required by Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act, content generated by our AI systems (text, audio, images, video) is machine-readable marked as AI-generated where technically feasible. Users downloading or exporting AI-generated content are informed that the content is AI-produced.

4. No Emotion Recognition or Biometric Categorization

SuperAI Generator does not use emotion recognition systems or biometric categorization systems as defined under the EU AI Act.

5. Human Oversight

All AI-generated content from SuperAI Generator is intended to be used with human oversight. We strongly recommend that users:

Review all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
Verify facts, statistics, and claims made by AI
Edit and customize AI outputs to match their specific needs
Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions

6. AI Model Providers

Our AI tools are powered by third-party AI model providers including Groq AI (for text generation) and Microsoft Edge TTS (for voice synthesis). These providers are contractually required to comply with applicable AI regulations.

7. Your Rights

Under the EU AI Act and GDPR, you have the right to:

Know when you are interacting with an AI system
Understand how AI-generated content was produced
Request information about the AI systems used
Withdraw consent for AI data processing at any time
Have your data deleted (right to erasure)
