Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
When you run out of video credits, you won't be able to generate new videos until the next billing cycle. All other unlimited features (text, storyboard, voice, captions) remain unaffected. You can also upgrade to Business for more credits.
Our Free tier is essentially a permanent trial — you can use all tools with daily limits at no cost. If you'd like to test Pro features, sign up and if you're not satisfied within 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Business plan subscribers will get access to upcoming team features including shared workspaces, team member invitations, shared generation history, and collaborative projects. These features are actively in development and will be rolled out to Business users at no additional cost.
