Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan on each renewal date.
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the selected plan rate.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If your payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will automatically retry the payment for up to 10 days. During this period, your access to paid features will remain active. If payment cannot be processed after 10 days, your subscription will be paused and access to paid features will be revoked. You will receive email notifications regarding the failed payment and any changes to your access. Updating your payment method and resolving the issue will restore your access immediately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before the renewal date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase (not including the free trial), you may request a full refund by contacting us. After this 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests should be submitted through our contact page.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate until the next renewal after the notice period. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. We will collect applicable taxes as required by law.
